Your Sun Home infrared sauna comes with a limited lifetime warranty (7 years) on cabinetry and heaters, and 3 years on controls. Our infrared heaters have an estimated operational life of at least 30,000 hours. With daily sauna use, these heaters will last over 100 years. All Sun Home sauna cabins are both kiln dried and air dried to 7% moisture content then each panel is pressed. This process prevents any warping or cracking of the wood. All electrical components in your Sun Home sauna are manufactured to exacting standards and every sauna is tested and run for several hours before it ships out.
In the rare event an issue occurs with your sauna, the warranty covers the entire sauna - heaters, controls, electrical components, and wood, as well as the built-in audio system. Quality Product...Great Results!
The sauna arrived well-packaged to prevent damage. As we unpacked the pieces, we immediately observed that it was well-made with quality materials, including the German-made speakers. Everything fit together like a glove! The unit's speakers paired easily with Bluetooth on my phone. We had our first sauna last night. Loved everything about it:-)) The spa music playing softly through the speakers had great sound, and we enjoyed the soft red lights (the remote allows you to choose from MANY different light colors). The music and lights produced a calming, spa-like atmosphere...perfect! We're certain that the good sweat was very beneficial for our bodies. Thank you for providing a top-quality product for us to enjoy for many years to come!!

Absolutely Fantastic!!!
Wife and I experienced infrared sauna three months ago at brothers house. It felt so good with the warmth, sweating out the toxins of the body, and the relaxation it brings post Sauna. WE HAD TO GET ONE! Assembly the first time took about two hours with wife and myself. Simple step by step instructions with pieces snapping together magnetically and a few cords and screws to connect. We even moved the unit as we expanded the gym with this sauna an amazing looking addition. Move and reassembly took only 40 min. We both use it daily and LOVE it. Truly feels great to sweat out the stress and prioritize our health.

First off, this thing looks beautiful!!! The craftsmanship is top-notch. Super sleek design, very modern. It honestly adds to the vibe of the room. Functionally? Next level. The full-spectrum infrared heat hits just right. I also love that it gets hot quickly and distributes the heat evenly. No weird cold spots like other saunas I’ve tried. Also, the fact that it’s roomy enough for 2–3 people is great. It doesn’t feel cramped at all. If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign. This thing is a game changer. Total luxury + legit health benefits.

From the moment I selected buy I have been so happy with my decision!! It’s truly life changing and even after using it for months I continue to learn more and more benefits. It’s so amazing for detoxifying and a PERFECT way to end my day. It is a great amount of space for 2. Looking back I actually would have gotten the 5 person because my husband and I use it together almost daily and I love to lay out but can’t do that in the 3 person when another person is in there. Regardless it is the best health and wellness decision we have made!! You won’t be disappointed. You will only wish you bought it sooner! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!! Oh and the customer service was phenomenal and the sauna came in faster than expected by almost 2 weeks! Yay!! Last note- it’s definitely a two person set up. The walls and door is very heavy
