Eclipse & Pod Infrared Saunas Limited Lifetime Warranty

Sun Home Saunas warrants the Eclipse, Pod, and Luminar sauna components and parts to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential and commercial usage for the below durations:

Residential:

• Limited lifetime (7 years) on cabinetry and heaters*;

• 3 years on controls**

• 1 year on LED lighting, glass doors, and audio***

• During the first 90 days from the date of delivery, warranty service includes the cost of replacement parts, labor required for repair or replacement, and all shipping charges, at no cost to the customer

Commercial:

• 5 years on cabinetry and heaters*;

• 1 year on controls**

• 1 year on LED lighting, glass doors, and audio***

• During the first 90 days from the date of delivery, warranty service includes the cost of replacement parts, labor required for repair or replacement, and all shipping charges, at no cost to the customer

Luminar Infrared Sauna Limited Lifetime Warranty

Residential:

• Limited lifetime (7 years) on cabinetry and heaters*;

• 3 years on the exterior cabin of the sauna

• 3 years on controls**

• 1 year on LED lighting, glass doors, and audio***

• During the first 90 days from the date of delivery, warranty service includes the cost of replacement parts, labor required for repair or replacement, and all shipping charges, at no cost to the customer

Commercial:

• 3 years on the exterior cabin of the sauna

• 3 years on cabinetry and heaters*;

• 1 year on controls**

• 1 year on LED lighting, glass doors, and audio***

• During the first 90 days from the date of delivery, warranty service includes the cost of replacement parts, labor required for repair or replacement, and all shipping charges, at no cost to the customer

Equinox and Solstice Infrared Saunas Limited Lifetime Warranty

Residential:

• 7 years on cabinetry and heaters*;

• 3 years on controls**;

• 1 year on glass doors and audio***

Commercial:

• 5 years on cabinetry and heaters*;

• 1 year on controls**

• 1 year on glass doors and audio***

****3-year warranty from the date of purchase. Year 1 = 100% warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Year 2 = 60% warranty of parts and labor. Year 3 = a 30% warranty of parts and labor. However, the warranty does not cover damage due to modifications made by the user, improper installation or use, incorrect cleaning, electrical surges, or natural events. Additionally, it doesn’t cover any losses for third parties.

Warranty covers normal use for the product’s lifetime, defined as seven years. This includes replacement parts only and excludes costs or freight for parts shipped beyond 90 days from delivery. Labor and technician costs are not covered.

Sun Home Saunas warrants the sauna to be free of material and workmanship defects. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and ends if ownership is transferred. The sauna must be purchased and used within one year of its manufacture date. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, including parts shipped for servicing the sauna.

This warranty is void if the sauna is altered, misused, abused, exposed to water, insect/rodent infestation, or if it is not plugged directly into the required dedicated electrical wall outlet (using a power strip, extension cord, or converter is prohibited). Deviating from published instructions or using a non-dedicated circuit voids the warranty. This covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damage from mishandling.

Sun Home Saunas is not liable for loss of use or other incidental or consequential damages. Su Home Saunas and its representatives are not liable for injury or property damage. Specifications may change without notice.

This warranty is for customers in the United States and Canada. International customers should check with their local Sun Home Saunas representative.

Optimal Wood Care

Sun Home Saunas uses the highest quality wood. Minor dents, scratches, and scuffing are normal and do not affect the sauna’s integrity or operation.

Variations in the color or grain, and irregularities such as fine cracks, are not considered defects. During normal operation, wood may crack due to climate changes, which will not affect structural integrity.

Prior to shipping, all wood material is inspected for consistency, color and quality. Slight blemishes, scratches, or scuffs can happen in transit. Exterior blemishes can be concealed by using a small amount of furniture polish, oil, or other furniture treatment. Interior blemishes, scratches, or scuffs can be either left alone or sanded. Avoid treatments with benzene or high alcohol concentration.

Infrared Blankets & Red Light Therapy

Sun Home Saunas offers a complete 1-year warranty on all components of the Infrared Sauna Blankets and Red Light Therapy devices. If the device or controller stops working within the first year, please email [email protected] with your order number so we can fix or replace your item. Extended warranties are available for purchase.

Cold Plunges

Sun Home Saunas offers a 1-year residential limited warranty for the Sun Home Cold Plunge™ Pro and 1-year residential limited warranty for the Sun Home Cold Plunge™ against manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear or abuse of the product. See below for more information and limitations. Extended warranties are available for purchase.

Traditional Saunas

Sun Home Saunas offers a 1-year residential limited warranty for cabinetry in the Muskoka and Barrel traditional saunas. This includes interior and exterior wood components.

Sun Home Saunas offers a 3-year residential limited warranty for cabinetry in the Solaris traditional saunas. This includes interior and exterior wood components.

HUUM Heaters

Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty on their website.

General Warranty Information (Infrared Blankets, Red Light Therapy, Cold Plunges, Eclipse, Pod, & Luminar Infrared Saunas, and Traditional Saunas):

For purposes of this warranty, “commercial use” means use of the product in any business, professional, institutional, or income-generating setting, including but not limited to spas, gyms, wellness centers, hotels, short-term rental properties, and similar establishments, regardless of whether Sun Home Saunas offers a product marketed specifically for commercial use.

Subject to the exclusions noted below, the warranty covers normal residential and commercial usage for the above terms from the date of purchase or the date of delivery, whichever is later, provided that the date of delivery occurs within six (6) months of purchase. The warranty applies to the Eclipse, Pod, and Luminar models purchased and installed in the United States on or after March 4, 2026.If your purchase was made before this date, the previous warranty terms will apply to your order.

The limited lifetime coverage for cabinetry and heaters is applicable for up to seven (7) years, the expected useful lifetime of these components. The limited lifetime warranty applies to residential usage only and does not apply to commercial usage.

Sun Home Saunas will, at its election, repair or replace the components and parts listed above where Sun Home Saunas has determined that such defects occurred during normal usage. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse are not covered by this warranty. For a full list of exclusions, see below.

For all parts and components, the warranty also includes labor and shipping only for the first ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. After ninety (90) days, the customer is responsible for all shipping and labor charges.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not apply to damage or defects from: (a) normal weathering and wear-and-tear, including cosmetic damage and environmental exposure; (b) weather events, acts of God, or other events beyond manufacturer’s reasonable control; (c) animals or insects; (d) product modifications for any reason; (e) operating the product outside of Sun Home Saunas’ published manuals and guidelines; (f) negligence; (g) mishandling; (h) exposure to water; or (i) delivery.

Improper installation (including (i) assembly not in accordance with instructions and specifications provided with the unit and (ii) failure to adhere to electrical requirements (such as improper voltage or power supply, failure to have a dedicated electrical wall outlet)), care, cleaning, or maintenance will void the warranty.

The sauna must be installed at least five feet away from any source of water that produces liquid or vapor, such as a cold plunge, shower, bathtub, hot tub, or similar equipment. Placing the sauna closer than five feet to these water sources will automatically void the warranty. Review the product manual and assembly instructions in full prior to using your sauna.

Sun Home Saunas extends this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the product. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product.

LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES – CONSUMER

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO EACH COMPONENT OR PART. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SUN HOME SAUNAS OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Sun Home and its representatives are not liable for injury or property damage. In no event shall the liability of Sun Home Saunas exceed the purchase price of the product. Without limiting the foregoing, Sun Home Saunas and its representatives shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of use, or other business or economic losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from or related to any product defect, repair, replacement, or maintenance, regardless of whether Sun Home Saunas was advised of the possibility of such losses.

Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

CALIFORNIA RIGHT TO REPAIR AND CONSUMER WARRANTY PROTECTION

In the state of California, Sun Home Saunas shall make available to product owners, service and repair facilities, and service dealers sufficient documentation and functional parts and tools, inclusive of any updates, on fair and reasonable terms, to effect the diagnosis, maintenance, or repair of a product for at least seven (7) years after the last date a product model or type was manufactured. Sun Home Saunas will not be liable for any damage or injury caused to any electronic or appliance product, person, or property that occurs as a result of repair, diagnosis, maintenance, or modification performed by a service dealer or owner, including, but not limited to, any: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of data, privacy, or profits; and/or inability to use, or reduced functionality of, the electronic or appliance product.

For buyers in the state of California, the warranty period will be extended for the number of whole days that the product has been out of the buyer’s hands for warranty repairs.

Sun Home Saunas, at its own discretion, will provide free replacement of any defective parts or components that have been installed, used, and serviced normally within the specified warranty period. If repair or replacement is not feasible, Sun Home may opt to reimburse the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. Please note that replacement parts may not be identical to the original ones, and their availability is subject to change. These remedies represent the only available options. All warranty part orders will be fulfilled as quickly as possible. Please note that in some cases, parts may need to be specially sourced, which can take approximately 60-90 days.
